Our home is open from early spring to late fall (approximately May thru October)
Farm Rental Price Includes:
• Access to our farm the week before the event; to rehearse, have rehearsal dinner, set-up, decorate, etc.
• No time restriction the day and evening of your wedding.
• Our home is open with a bedroom for the bridal party to change in.
• The farmhouse is open with two bathrooms for the women.
• The men have a port-o-john with a wash basin out behind the barn.
• There are two large cobblestone patios (25x25 and 32x36) attached to the house with an additional large building (24x28) for your use. This building contains a large TV and couches.
• The upper patio has two 12' round cloth gazebos on it.
• The lower patio is covered by a 30x60 frame tent which extends into the lawn.
• Two more round gazebos are placed in the lawn to serve as a greeting area and covering an area adjacent to the tent.
• Casual lawn furniture (for approx. 20 guests) and five picnic tables.
• There are white lights in tree canopies, the tent, and gazebos.
• Tables and chairs are included in the price. Enough for your guests, food and extras.
• We do the clean-up after your event.
• We greet and park your guests personally.
• We provide trash cans, trash bags, recycling and trash disposal.
• Bonfire, row boat and farm tours will be provided if requested.
• No restrictions on food, music, or alcohol.
• Smoking in designated areas.
• No pets permitted on the farm at anytime.
Additional things we have available:
• Set-up before your rehearsal - $75.00
• White round and rectangular tablecloths - $5.00 each
• Dressing tables and decorating - $1.00/guest
• Use of the kitchen in our home, the barn refrigerator and coolers - $75.00
• Two additional round gazebos - they can be placed in any area of your choice - $100.00 each
• Catch and release fishing (one price for all your guests) - $50.00
• Horse and carriage rental - $400.00
• We can help you secure any additional tents, heaters, fans, etc.

$100 non-refundable deposit to secure date. Payments to begin 6 months prior to event.
